An Automobile With Feelings

A drawing of a car with facial expressions. Inventors said they wanted drivers to have more than a horn and headlights to signal other drivers.

This does not seem like a good idea. Think about how effective some drivers already are at expressing anger and impatience. Then think about giving them the means to amplify those expressions. So you look in your rear view mirror - not only is that bulbous SUV right on top of you but now it's looking really pissed off. No thanks.
I for one don't want to know what other drivers are feeling - happy sad whatever - I'd rather assume that they're calm and rational (even when there's ample evidence to the contrary), but mostly I just want them to keep their distance.
