i went to the first one of these a few years ago at UCLA, curated by Sonic Youth. the line-up is very respectable this year. i may go if enough people are interested.

I too attended the first of these, and I must curmudgeonly lament the lack of bands like the Boredoms and Aphex Twin at this newest incarnation, as they were the ones who really made the show for me in the first place. Lou Reed is cool, but the rest of the lineup is a little more indie rock than i can stomach. I'm a little surprised and disappointed that All Tomorrow's Parties looks so much like All Today's grunge. I hope I'm not offending anybody but I hear bleeps in my sleep and they're not getting any quieter...
