Well, Ken essentially tells anyone who thinks that the PSP flaw should be fixed is wrong and how dare they for saying so.

Additionally, how he says these things is also very entertaining (not to mention, scary). I think it's the first major mistake Sony has made regarding their video game business. I'd expect a quick apology from them for that outburst of his.
