For those interested in taking a directed research class next semester...
There is a proposal template archived on the wiki, along with some example proposals from those taking CTIN 590 this semester.
The process:
:: Find an IMD professor to be an advisor for your research
:: Fill out the proposal template with your project goals
:: Have it signed by your advisor and turn it in to Scott Fisher to have it approved, you will then get D-clearance for the class enabling you to register
Directed research proposals from the current semester:
Data Driven Gaming - Aaron Meyers
Consumer Immersive Viewer ("digital viewmaster") - Anthony Ko
Community Inventory - Scott Gillies
