EA Sports Active for Wii

Ladies and Gentlemen this is exciting news! EA Sports Active for the Wii will be released May 19th. I love to workout at home. For the past 6 months I have been working out with the Wii Fit and Yourself Fitness!, created for the Xbox. It's time to upgrade! :)

The WiiFit is great to way to build a stronger core. I enjoy working-out with the WiiFit and gathering points while unlocking new games. The game-like mechanics of the WiiFit is great motivator for me to build points in the game, but there is no warm-up incorporated into any of the routine. Working out to Yourself Fitness, the player always warms-up before actually working out. The warm-up is great and incorporates some dance movements. Since, I am a dancer I also incorporate my own dance moves. Plus its an excuse for me to dance around in my living room. (especially while I am sitting on my butt for most of the day working on my thesis) :) One of the things that I am looking forward to with this EA Sports Active for the Wii is the ability the Wii will have to track my movement and give me feedback while working out.
