For one of my classes, we were supposed to make a little burnable item out of paper. Well, I was pretty flummoxed on what to do until I stumbled across a little Katamari papercraft pattern that I fell in love with right away. Anyway, after putting the thing together, which was amazingly annoying and involved a lot more glue that I would have liked, I got to thinking:
"Huh, I have the prince, but he's not pushing anything. I wonder what would happen if my desk was a Katamari stage..."
Thus, was born the little ball of receipts, newspapers, toy box parts, and uh...parking tickets. Too bad it had to be burned in class, I wasn't there for the lighting, but I heard it went up pretty well. If you're so inclined, you can find a link to the pattern below.

It was beautiful, Al. Beautiful and sad. The Katamari began to burn and the Prince leaned ever so slightly forward, as if to roll the fire away... then the flames spread to him. He leaned against the Katamari and fell to his knees as his little oblong head turned black and fell off.
I felt the Cosmos, man. Good job.
