Foamcore is Fun
Fun, but tough. Even though making this was entertaining, I don't know that I will ever seriously warm up to physical prototyping, just because I feel like I don't have enough precision and I've always been more interested in digital work.
It was made all with one piece (like Ala's!), with lap joints... though I had to make a diagram in Photoshop for me to cut around, cause I don't trust my own measuring abilities.
And the D-pad really works... or it did, until Mark Bolas got his hands on it. :P
