Sir Ken Robinson: Do schools kill creativity?
This is a relatively old video, but definitely worth a viewing if you haven't already seen it. Besides being humorous, Sir Ken Robinson is particularly adept at putting things in perspective, which makes his talk a fantastic one for such a serious issue.
