I saw a work by these guys in a gallery a few years ago... a smaller piece that actually looped.

The creativity of the mural itself is awesome in both cases, but what really struck me is how rarely I've seen animators use the canvas creatively (parallax, moving frames, etc) and how effective it is. Animators usually go to great lengths to make us forget that we're watching exactly what this wall-mural celebrates, stop motion art iterated on a flat surface. It's brilliant that these guys play off that fact and make it part of the work.
