A talk from the dean of Pixar University

Pixar University's Randy Nelson explains what schools must do to prepare students for jobs in new media.

I swear to god, he's like Mark Bolas' long lost twin separated at birth, because this lecture sounds almost EXACTLY like the stuff Mark's been pounding into our brains the last couple sessions regarding brainstorming and the right attitude to cultivate towards ideas.

I almost spat out my food when I heard him talk about improvisation and say the exact words "make your partner look good". Mark, are you watching this? ::lol::
