Courtney recently joined Annenberg as the New Media Specialist, where she is researching Web 2.0 tools and working with faculty to incorporate emerging technologies. An alumnus of USC, she holds a B.A. in Cinema-Television and an MFA in Writing. As a faculty member at the University of Virginia, she designed and taught media courses aboard the research vessel, MV Explorer, where she further managed the Multimedia department and had the privilege of taking students around the world as part of UVa's study abroad program, Semester at Sea.
