Prolific board game designer, Brian Hersch, speaking 11/8

Board game designer, Brian Hersch will be speaking in CTIN 488 tomorrow night (11/8). He will share insights on how he creates and markets board games for mass audiences. Brian's games include Taboo, Malarkey, Super Scattegories, and many others (full list below).

BRIAN'S BIO
Brian Hersch is the preeminent creator, licensor and proponent of social interactive gaming. His titles have generated over $850 million in retail sales, and continue to cross media boundaries.

In 1984-85 privately-held Hersch and Company began a storied expansion into game development and licensing. Since that time over 45 million copies of Hersch games have been sold worldwide under strategic relationships with industry leaders including Milton Bradley, Parker Brothers, Mattel, and Western Publishing.

Hersch has created board games, Internet games, CD-ROM games, and most recently DVD games. Hersch has also served as executive producer of television series including Taboo.
