This is a proposed application with an attempt at roughing out the code. The application would use a site called Brightkite to track users' location in comparison with your own location via cell phone. When a person arrives within 100 meters of your location you would receive a text. The goal would be that you could meet up with friends and family who are close by, or perhaps even avoid them.
