3D Superbowl Surveillance

image11801.gif

I've just been reading up on the Department of Homeland Security's Super Bowl surveillance system, and it sounds awesome; the division needs one of these monitors stat! Hidden from public view at Super Bowl XL, live-action 3-D holograms will be created from signals streaming in from networks of electronic eyes.

"Autostereroscopic 3D display...provides real-time, volumetric images that appear in “free space” in front of the display screen...The image is seen clearly regardless of surrounding light and needs no glasses for viewing—unlike “virtual reality” systems."

"You become a participant, not just an observer."

Now that should press our interactive buttons!!!
