USC's Antonio Damasio, David Dornsife, and Michael Quick are speaking on Conscious Minds and the Minds of Others. They're doing this across the street, at the Natural History Museum, this Friday night, January 4.
Maybe I can clarify distinctions between consciousness, self-consciousness, and the phenomenology of other animals, which Rob Bass brought to my attention over the holiday.
