This is just one of those lazy blog entries to let you know I'm still more or less alive.
Two weeks of game revision, unpacking*, Fallout 3 and tryptophan (not necessarily in that order) have left me feeling well-rested and massively out of shape. I hope to remedy both these issues shortly: there will be plenty of exercise and exhaustion in the next few December weeks as we update our game for IGF.
There are two things on my blog-docket** in the near future... the first is a link to the web site for Spectre, which should be ready for public consumption towards the end of this week***. The second is a full entry on the Spectre Team (who have taken on the moniker of Vaguely Spectacular). I cannot praise these guys enough.
But for now, it's Tuesday, there's a soul-numbing haze over Los Angeles, and that's enough out of me. Enjoy the marine layer, West Coasters... I'll leave you to my tangents below.
* since I spend most of my time here talking about game-related stuff, I MAY have forgotten to mention... I moved in with my girlfriend Belinda at the beginning of November!!!
** Ugh. Blog-Docket is not a real word, nor should it be. It sounds like some ill conceived children's toy, like a paper-stuffed Dilbert doll, or a Garbage Pail Kids filing cabinet.
*** A publicly download of the game will take a bit longer... here be perfectionists. We're aiming to release our final IGF version later this month.
**** Four footnotes? Come on now, that's just absurd. I wouldn't do you like that.
