Java Web Service for Generating Maps
A solution to the problem of generating maps on the server side, without necessarily having to run a Windows-based server maybe wrapped up in this MapInfo product. Evidently, it's been around for awhile. I recently came across it in a review by Steve Lombardi (Mappoint Product Manager at Microsoft) in a Directions Magazine article on Dodgeball.
