Amazing stuff Jenova, your first is by far the most simple of designs, yet looks extremely elegant. I enjoy that a lot. Your second piece is my least favorite, although I think its because I enjoy seeing defined feet, hands and heads. I find those to features to be the most interesting for my tastes. How does that character walk/move/fly? It also looks dangerous and would look to serve only one purpose. The Lost Sabre is the most complicated out of all these, yet has the most detail and depth. How old is this character? Fantastic work. The underlying theme has yet to emerge, as there seems to be a combination of so many different elements. I see tech/midevil/renaissance art in everything. I would try to flush out more of the renaissance/midevil element and see if it leads you anywhere different.

I think that these are some really good ideas and that you should kepp on trying.
