Video game needs more Mature content

At the Game Developer Conference 2008, I gave a talk at the game developer rant session. This year's rant is from the game designers. My topic is about how video game needs more mature content. Before they post the full length video, here is a video teaser from joystiq and a text coverage from gamasutra.

Hello Mr. chen . I'm here to write these sentences as a letter to you . Actually I wanna
send a letter , but I don't know your Email . So I have to post it here . I hava many many
questions which confused me long time in my brain . I can't see where my road is until I
know you one day . This is why I connect you . All of what I do is to hope you can see it .
I come from china , your motherland . I'm an undergraduate in Hunan province . I'm at my age
of 23 , a young guy , full of passion . I was captivated by fantasy and aesthetics . My
biggest dream is MAKING GAME . I don't like math , but for my dream I choose to study
computer science . I thought I can study programing game . But problems comes . There is one
and a half years that I would leave my campus ,but until now I still don't know where to
start my dream . The school doesn't teach this skill . Can you figure out my problem ?
I want to take the post-graduate entrance examination to SJTU . The main reason is as
follows. It is a excellent university which is located in Shanghai , which has a better
chance of making game . There are many many gamedevelopment companys ,So the indusry is
more developed than in ohter city . Many friends , relatives , and teachers told me ShangHai
is hard city to live . But always I see this as a normal obstacle in my life , because I
want to pursue my dream . what do you think about my idea and plan ? can you evaluate it ?
Am I a little puerility ?
The 3rd question . I want to study some technology about game making or relative things .
which major should I sign up ? I think Technology of Computer Application is more fit for me
. But there is two same majors in SJTU . one in College of Sfotware( I konw you were here 4
yeas ago) , the other is in College of Electronic Information Engineering and Electrical
Engineering . Which College will make me more closer to my dream ?
Let me summarize my question . I have 3 questions altgother .
1. Where is the start to my dream ? What should I study ?
2. Evaluate my plan and tell me that's not a pipe-dream .
3. Which College and what major should I sign up ?
I know maybe there are hundreds and thousands people visit your blog and ask some relative
questions. . This just means take a few of your valued time for you , but for me this means
I will change my destiny and realize my dream by your help ! Game making is my ideal , this
is very important to me . please undersant me . I have played your FLOW and THE CLOUD . they
attract me very much , especially THE CLOUD , it give me free of fling and chance of touch
clouds . I can a few technolegy in Flash AS . here is my wesite: http://www.lookof.cn . I
know TV GAME , I know GDC 2008 , I know www.gamasutra.com . But I'm lack of directions .

I graduated from the College of Electronic Information Engineering and Electrical Engineering instead of the College of Software. Though I believe the College of Software is more fit to video game industry.
But after all to get into the video game industry, the best way to do it is to make a game. Find passionate friends or students in the school you are going to attend and make a game together. That will take you far into the industry than attending any computer science classes. There's no short cut, learn how to make a game by yourself. That's how 99% of us started making video games.

I agree with need of more mature game.
Young gamers who played with Nintendo were grown up.
They require games adpated their interests before losing motivation of playing games.
The designers should study about adult novels and philosopy.
