Hypermedia Integration of Interface Design, Interactive Narrative Forms, Emotions & Values.

Here are the English version of the inspiration and the foundations of some of my thesis project "MultiCultural Videos" that I am developing on the framework of the M.F.A. in Interactive Media, School of Cinematicarts, USC.
I hope it can help to inspire others, specially my brilliant classmates Jesse & Ken, finding some practical applications or some elements to include on an interactive experience, in terms of interface design, interactive narrative forms, emotions and values.

Conclusions of "The Hypermedia Elements that Improve the Users’ Immersion & Constructive Interactions" (PDF File)

There are a video presentation, the video is too long 13 minutes for youtube so if you want a copy let me know, and a PDF summary of the conclusions from my dissertation "The Hypermedia Elements that Improve the Users’ Immersion & Constructive Interactions" developed for Ph.D. in Audiovisual Communications.
This research was conducted by Jorge Mora between the summet 2003 until fall 2005, it was directed by Isidro Moreno within the Departamento de Comunicación Audiovisual y Publicidad II, Facultad de CC. de la Información, Universidad Complutense de Madrid It counted with brilliant collaborators like: Lev Manovich, Sheldon Brown, David Cole, Carol Hobson, Lars; and the institutions: CRCA, CalIt2, 5Dimension project (at the Laboratory of and the Visual Arts Department, University of California San Diego, between others. Thanks all again for their great contributions. Some parts of the Video are academic & educational examples taken from Videogames developed by EA, Sony, Indrustries Light & Magic. I thank these companies and their creators to allow an educational & academic fair use of these creative portions

Priorities: Mastering the Masters.

Learning from the human's students.

I was thinking about sharing my first months of the Summer: Cannes Festival Short Film Participation, Independent Artist Videos for my Thesis.
But Today I am not feeling like that is so important to talk about since I am doing instead of talking.
I think the following video from 1992 is more in fashion & updated than other negative news in these days & the real world game more interesting than any other.
I do not wonder why we do not keep in touch with our feelings: maybe we could find the wise child master within us?.
Beatiful Free True Speech! Today is a good day to be true and do just my part, if all the chinese population will jump at the same time the orbit of the Earth will change, now imagine if each one of the terricolas.
Here is my week committment talk with my landlord so he puts Recicle Paper Trash Cans in the building.

What My Thesis CCR Is Not?

Cross-Cultural Rainbows
It is not Youtube, a chaotic universe of on-line digital videos.
It is not an Abstract website with no theme.
It is not a very specific and limited thematic website.
It is not a predetermined videoblog website with rigid rules.
It is not a disorganized library of clips.
It is not close to user suggestions for the structure, group rules and organization.
It is not a simple keywords collector neither a rigid categories formulary.
It is not a disorganized & no searchable clips library.
It is not a primary professional individual editing tool.
It is not a traditional documentary.
It is not only video art.
It is not only cinematic, neither selective nor transformative interactions.
It is not something completely new neither overdone.
It is not something that has been exactly done neither completely different in terms of social on-line interactions.
