I promised myself I would be better about this...
So my film buddies nay business partners and I just concluded Tequila Ghostbusters Night, a long overdue celebration of the fact that our business whose beginnings shares freaky parallels to the Ghostbusters getting their place and setting up shop has been successful enough in the past year that not one but two clients gave us really nice bottles of tequila over the holidays. We also used the last of our petty cash to buy Chinese food in order to echo the "This bounteous feast represents the last of the petty cash" Ray line. Totally awesome.
But the point of this is that we had a chance to bond a little more and I really feel like these guys are my family, and family's an important thing to me. I don't use the term lightly, but I don't mind applying it to as many people as I can, either.
Anyhow, I don't know if it's going to take a bottle of tequila and Bill Murray or what, but we bandy about a lot of big words and worldly concepts on Wednesdays, but I also think we ought to find a way to bond. It's getting there, though. I ain't bein' preachy. I'm just sharing a tequila-laced reverie.
