An Anecdote
At work last night, meeting a new employee at the Avid Lab:
New Person: "What program are you in?"
Me: "The Interactive Media department, you know, upstairs."
New Person: "Oh yeah. That's the program where no one knows what you're doing."
Me: "Yes, it is. It's fantastic."

That's a valuable sense of mystery - sometimes I think we feel leftout or under appreciated in the film school, but we should remember we're lucky - we get to roll our own!
