Salz City Map Explanation

Salz%20City%20outlined.jpg
A) Military Port
B) The Salz reservoir - This is the main reservoir that stores the water that run through the canals of Salz City. Water is the life of the city and runs through the city much like the canals in Venice.
C) The city Capital - This is where parliament congregates. However I don't think that I've made enough space around the capital.
D) Commercial Area - This area is populated with offices, shop, stores, markets, and studios.
E) Town Square or Circle - This was the communal area of Salz city
F) Originally was a residential and commercial ports but it didn't make any sense. So I might cut it.
G) Carnival Island - An amusement park kinda cross between universal city walk and raging waters.
H) Industrial Port
I) Shore exit - Where the canal system connects to the ocean.
J) Underwater City Terminal
K) City Park
L) Lower class areas
M) Jungle area
N) The Three Men of the Sea - Monument dedicated to the founders of the Salz Civilization
O) Upper class areas
P) Industrial Sector

Between the Moon and the Sea (Working Title)

Forest%20Child%20on%20Legal.jpeg

I've started setting up my structure and workflow for brainstorming and publishing my world. I'm working towards publishing all my work in a wiki format. I've learned that typing things out has forced me to confront the big gaps in my ideas, such as the name of my world and the names of the races in my world. In my free time I've been pumping out sketches of whatever I see in this world, such the Forest Child above. The need to come out with a map started earlier than I though, cause I had no idea of what was the name of each race or where they were in relation to each other.

Some Romance of three kingdoms

What I hope to do is create a world based on three characters of a myth. Much like Rome was founded on the myth of Romulus and Remus. I hope to touch on three worlds that extend from three characters of a myth, I have yet to create. What I hope to do is create a romance between the three characters and show how that drama has extended to their ancestors. One cvilization is characterized by sky. They are any over-achieve civilization that believes that the secret of their origin is in the stars. Another civilization is characterized by earth. They are bound to the ground and believe that their purpose is to maintain balance with themselve and nature. The last civlization is characterized by the sea. They hide in the depths of the ocean waiting for their god to return from the core of the earth.
