"Fly with the Cage" Art Exhibit

My computer animation, When Summer Falls, will be screened
at the Fly with the Cage Art show, July 10 – 26, 2009

If you can’t fly out of the cage, just fly with the cage. – Sufi Proverb

Phantom Galleries LA, Miracle Mile, 5412 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA

Human beings are members of a whole,
In creation of one essence and soul.
If one member is afflicted with pain,
Other members uneasy will remain.
If you have no sympathy for human pain,
The name of human you cannot retain.

This poem by 13th century Persian poet Sa’adi, graces the entrance to
the Hall of Nations of the United Nations building in New York.
