Hugheston, Illinois

Honestly, don't know if that's really gonna be the name of the place.

It's an entirely fictional small town, with snow covered mountains to the north, and a sunny beach with a grand lake to the south. Smack dab in the center of town is a crumbling community center that used to be the official hang out of the town's teenagers.

I have an idea for a game that is an homage to 80's pop culture - it's movies, music, television, and dance. In order to properly set this game, I need to create the ultimate 80s summer vacation town... drawing elements from many movies.

Since the focus of the game will be the community center, I feel that will be the most important aspect of the town. Thus, I plan on modeling that using my chosen medium... legos.

Color Printer

I'm going to be getting a new printer in the next few days and I have a color printer that hasn't been printing black for some reason. The color works fine and it's possible that the black cartridge I have is bad.

If anyone wants it, they can have it... plus the new color cartridges I bought for it that I haven't opened up yet.

2nd year, son!

That's right, y'all! I'm a freakin' 2nd year!

From what I've seen, I'm supposed to sit around and complain why the 1st years don't feed me at seminar.

:D
