The Casual Collective claims to combine social networking with casual gaming. So far they have some pretty basic stuff up, Tower Defense and strategy-lite games. Still, should be interesting to see if it goes anywhere.

i generally prefer kongregate -- it's basically a very accessible xbox live arcade.
