What Went Wrong
During my thesis presentation I was asked what I would do again differently. I had forgot to mention I was writing a postmortem on the very subject for gamasutra. I highly recommend this to anyone who's thinking of doing a 491, a thesis, or anything else that requires more than your own elbow grease.
Matt and Paul were great team leaders, and there's a LOT of good advice in here.
