So this was really cool, and eerie, but it seems if they would have pushed it a little more it could have been amazing.

The 10 minute thing was brilliant, for all the praising you do about ARGS, I would have never even clicked the link if it weren't for that (call me crazy I'm not really down to drive to the desert and answer a pay phone, or dress up like a fairy and throw imaginary fireballs (which is larping but whatever, and yes I know I am using sub parenthesis)). However, the ending was really unsatisfying and almost felt like a glitch, just as I was really starting to get emotionally invested. I am really hoping that the game calls you later and this was just a first segment of a larger piece. Then the fact that 10 minutes is plastered all over the place is genius, because most people will think it's over, forget, then get really freaked out.

There was really little interaction and almost no choice. Even one branch would have bumped up the feeling of interactivity majorly. In a piece this short, I don't see why they couldn't have designed and implemented small choices.

My last observation about it is this. What is the most fun thing to do with the site? Put your friends number in and freak them out. However, this was a lost opportunity because you need the password to continue. They could have made this a great keyhole to the game with a simple line "I need you to get to a computer and enter the following url." If they really wanted to be sneaky they could say your login is your name or email. Then they would have this info and could use it later in the game to really FREAK people out.
