I may have to get a Facebook just to try this... :P

One concern that I'm not sure you've looked into (only skimmed your overview .doc)... what if people create dungeons that are deliberately simple for the sake of making it easy for people to gain gold? Is that going to be a problem?

People need to go to the flickr stream and squint at the text next to each of the guys (in the facebook mockups)....I'm dying here
