Playtest Guide
I. Introduction (~2 minutes)
A. Moderator makes introduction. Explains general purpose of group and guidelines for discussion
B. Moderator will begin by asking respondents to introduce themselves by sharing:
• Name
• Age
• Favorite PC and Console games
II. Introduction of Concept (~4 minutes)
A. WRITTEN DESCRIPTION – Impossible Gladiators throws denizens of Second Life into an intense, team-based competition where strategy and skill are king.
III. Game Session (~20 minutes)
A. In-Game Questions (questions that may be asked as testers play)
a. What did you feel as your turn ended?
b. How would you compare playing offense and defense? Did you have a favorite? If so, why?
IV. Post-Game Discussion (~25 minutes)
A. General Questions
a. What was your first impression?
b. How did that impression change as you played?
c. What there anything you found frustrating?
