hrm... saw that the timecode stuff seems to work, but the video was broken for me... I'm not sure how you are loading the qt...do you have to download the entire clip before you can *scrub* it? I waited for like, a long time, but perhaps I needed to wait longer for it to dl the file.

yeah, the video needs to load before you can scrub it. and when you do click one thumbnail to the other, the iframe with the video has to reload.
(there does seem to be one 'feature' - once you distate where the start point is, the movie wont let you start from another point. that is, you can scrub, but if you click a point and expect it to play from there, it wont. it will jump back to the start point. dont have a solution for this behavior and might never - seems built-in. and unless i can find another way to specify when the movie starts with timecode, i think im stuck there.)
