Love the presentation - thanks for posting it!

It seems like a lot of the disagreement here, particularly during Q&A, isn't so much between speakers, but arising from differences in vision as to what videogames are, or ought to be.

I don't mean to classify people, but I certainly am interested in identifying patterns. Doing so helps to shape my understanding of different developer's works, in relation to their own respective purposes (you and your work included).

From your experience and interpretation, would you say that the following are fair high level categorizations of the different speaker viewpoints?

Steve Swank: Videogames as pop culture medium struggling to avoid comicdom

Jonathan Blow: Videogames as massive, relatively new frontier with tons of settlers but not enough explorers

Jon Mak: Videogames as personal, individual voice

Kyle Gabler: Videogames as pure, innovative, semi-arbitrary artistic expression

You: Videogames as entertainment through rich, emotional stimulation
